You are entitled to vote for your Local representatives, including your Local Coordinator, Bargaining Unit President, unit representatives and those on committees.

Members are welcome–and encouraged–to let their name stand for Local and Bargaining Unit positions. Your input is needed!

Instructions to Members of ONA071 – September 14^th, 2026

NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES FOR ELECTION

The members of the Election Committee at your site have nomination forms for the following Executive positions:

1. Human Rights & Equity Representative
2. Bargaining Unit President – ONE Fertility site
3. Secretary

The term of office will be for three years commencing January 1st, 2027 and expiring December 31st, 2029.

Should you be interested in running for one of the above positions please contact a member of the Election Committee to make arrangements to get a Nomination Form.

Nomination Forms must be FULLY completed and RECEIVED by the Election Committee at your site no later than October 8^th, 2026

A Ticket of Nominations, with resumes of the candidates, will be posted by October 18^th, 2026

Election date will be October 29^th, 2026
